Everything is made to order in our home studio in the United Kingdom. Making garments to order reduces waste and ensures every garment feels special, but this can increase wait times. For this reason, products have a 28-working-day production time (don’t forget, working days don’t include weekends or bank holidays!).

Returns
Unfortunately, as all of our garments are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns if your garment doesn’t fit or you have changed your mind. Also, as bodysuits are intimate items, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons.
We do understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right, and if we have made a mistake, then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss how your garment can be altered.
